State official to observe Healthy Kids program

A Texas Department of Agriculture assistant commissioner will be in Granbury July 15 to observe the success of the Healthy Kids summer lunch program. Angela Olige, the assistant commissioner for the department’s food and nutrition programs, will view the program in action as volunteers provide free lunches to area children at locations throughout the community.
